Overview

Version 2.12.0 introduces key updates to improve usability and enhance software reliability. Highlights include QAQM forms on the homepage upon logging in, refinement on data entry, pick up of holidays and events revision in STER Entry, enhanced Leave Monitoring module for HR, and various bug fixes and interface improvements.

Homepage

Update:

  • QAQM forms are displayed directly on the homepage upon login, enabling users to complete them more efficiently.

To-Do List (Employee Portal)

Added:

  • Clear record button: Added a new button that will allow users to easily clear their data entries per line.

Fix:

  • Resolved the data entry issue where entries were being unintentionally deleted, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.

STER Entry (Employee Portal)

Added:

  • Pick up of events and holidays are now easily accessible on the STER Entry page, simplifying workflow and boosting efficiency.
  • Note: This section is collapsible, allowing users to fully maximize the visibility and usability of the STER Transactions Table when needed.
  • Picked-up events and holidays will automatically be reflected in the Daily Time Record (DTR) for seamless integration.
  • Note: Auto reflect will be applied exclusively to users who do not have any DTR incident reports associated with the event or holiday date.

Fixes:

  • "Leaves and Absences", along with "Leave Hours" field, are now correctly displayed in the Summary & Printing modal.
  • Resolved the data entry issue where entries were being unintentionally deleted, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.

Improvements:

  • The Summary & Printing module retains original "Time In" and "Time Out" entries while introducing new time columns.
  • This update enables side-by-side comparison of DTR records.

Leave Filing (Employee Portal)

Added:

  • Introduced a restriction when filing leave within an approved STER cutoff range to prevent issues with STER form printing.

Request for Assistance (Employee Portal)

Fix:

  • Resolved an issue where multiple duplicated activity codes were displayed when adding a request.

Client Time Spent Generator & Time Spent Generator (Operations)

Added:

  • Added controls to the date range selection, preventing overlapping dates.

Fix:

  • The side panel menu is now interactive/clickable.

Leave Approval (HR)

Fix:

  • Clicking the side panel menu now redirects the user to the HR module menu instead of the Operations module menu.

Improvement:

  • The "Total Leaves Filed" column now updates immediately after HR approves a leave request.

Leave Monitoring (HR)

Fix:

  • Once an employee is selected, only that employee's leave balance and history will be displayed in the table.
